This piece starts off as a sad conversation between two lovers, destined to never be together. You'll hear a melody being passed back and forth between the hands, with tumultuous, unsettling triplets rumbling in the background. Toward the end of the piece, you'll hear the raging and frustration as the music spirals out of control, roaring through chromatically descending augmented chords. A very passionate piece!
